  • Welcome!

You are already well into your healing journey just by making it here.

You already know that something from your past or your present isn’t working well for you anymore.

Maybe it’s something that just happened or maybe it’s something that happened a long time ago and you are now ready to heal from it and move forward with your life.

You are ready to let go of what no longer serves you well.

You recognize that healing yourself from trauma is going to take intentional time and energy. You trust (at least a little bit) that the possibility of moving forward and getting to the other side of this healing is going to feel so much better than where you are right now.

If you could feel centered and rooted in the present moment, the possibilities for the future would feel limitless. Everything could be different: how you connect with people, how you make decisions, even the smallest most mundane tasks in your day could feel easier.

We are here to tell you that all of this is possible.

We have a team of phenomenal therapists who bring a diverse perspective to the healing process.

Our therapists specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to bring a trauma informed & client centered approach to therapy and facilitate healing.

Take a moment to meet our therapists and find the one that’s right for you.
